Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £3,065.[2]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £2,569.48 in compensation for the unfair dismissal comprising a basic award of £2,069.48 and a compensatory award which relates solely to loss of statutory rights of £500.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £403.85.[5]The hearing listed on 26 January 2021 is cancelled.
