JUDGMENT
[1]The complaints of unlawful deductions (arrears and other payments and gender reassignment discrimination are dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant. The claimant’s remaining claims are direct age, race, sex and religion or belief discrimination, harassment related to age, race, sex and religion or belief; sexual harassment and victimisation. They will proceed to a final hearing on 26 May 2021 . [1]By a letter dated 22 March 2022 the Tribunal gave the respondent an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the response should not be struck out because the respondent had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal, the response was not been actively pursued and it was no longer possible to have a fair hearing of the response.[2]The respondent has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The response is therefore struck out.[3]The respondent will be entitled to notice of any hearings and decisions of the Tribunal but will only be entitled to participate in any hearing to the extent permitted by the Employment Judge. _____________________________ Employment Judge D N Jones Date: 1 April 2022[1]The complaints of sexual harassment on 27th January and 23rd July 2022, and of victimisation on 29th January 2020 are declared to be well-founded. All other complaints are dismissed.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant compensation for injury to feelings in the total sum of £4,250.00.[4]The Respondent is further ordered to pay interest at the rate of 8 per cent per annum from the date of the last act of harassment to the date of hearing in the sum of £641.80.[5]The total award payable is therefore £4,891.80
