REASONS

[1]The claimant was advised that with less than 2 years’ service the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear a complaint of ordinary unfair dismissal. The claimant has responded and does not dispute this.[2]The claimant’s complaints of disability discrimination and breach of contract are continuing.
