JUDGMENT
[1]Mrs Harper-Robinson is entitled to a redundancy payment of 2 weeks’ pay from the Respondent, who is ordered to pay to her the sum of £255.00.[2]Mr Robinson is entitled to a redundancy payment of 3 weeks’ pay from the Respondent, who is ordered to pay to him the sum of £1153.86[3]Mrs Harper-Robinson was dismissed in breach of contract and the Respondent is ordered to pay to her damages of 2 weeks’ net pay in lieu of notice in the sum of £272.00[4]Mr Robinson was dismissed in breach of contract and the Respondent is ordered to pay to him damages of 1 week’s net pay in lieu of additional notice due in the sum of £324.51[5]The Respondent has failed to pay to Mrs Harper –Robinson wages due in respect of accrued holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay to her in compensation the gross sum of £577.50[6]The Respondent has failed to pay to Mr Robinson wages due in respect of the final salary period and is ordered to pay to him in compensation the gross sum of £211.46
