JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction from wages (holiday pay) is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £246.11 under Section 24 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]Under the provisions set out in Section 207A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £61.53 for its unreasonable failure to follow the ACAS Code of Practice in relation Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures.
