REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 13 August 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out because of her not having 2 years’ continuous employment.

[2]The claimant has responded accepting that this complaint cannot proceed.

[3]The claimant’s complaints of discrimination, including of a discriminatory dismissal, are unaffected by this Judgment and shall proceed. The preliminary hearing remains as listed on 19 October 2020.
