[1]The claimant was employed by the respondent as a multiskilled joiner between 15 May 2023 and 4 August 2023.[2]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £4617.50 being the gross amount of the unauthorised deduction.[4]The respondent is liable to pay to the claimant compensation for holiday accrued due but untaken as of 4 August 2023.[5]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £574.85 being the gross amount of the holiday pay due and owing.
