[1]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deductions from her wages is dismissed in respect of deductions on 26 July 2019 and 23 August 2019.[2]Her complaint succeeds in respect of a deduction on 6 September 2019.[3]Reimbursement having been made promptly and there being no further financial loss, I make no remedy orders.[4]The respondent’s application for costs is dismissed.[5]To the extent that the claimant’s written materials contain an application for a preparation time order, that is also dismissed.
