[1]The claimant’s complaints of unfair and wrongful dismissal, and unlawful deduction from wages, are well founded and succeed.

[2]The respondent shall pay to him the following sums: Damages for wrongful dismissal £4748.04 Unlawful deductions from wages £ 490.37 Basic Award £3228.00 Compensatory Award £42584.00 Total Judgment sum: £51050.41

[3]The recoupment regulations apply to these sums. The Prescribed Period is 25 June 2020 to 11 February 2021, The prescribed amount is £23848. The amount by which the total above exceeds the prescribed amount is £ 27202.41.
