The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that: -[1]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £220 being the amount of the unauthorised deduction (being remuneration due to her for 22 hours of work undertaken by her between 1 and 16 June 2023 at an hourly rate of £10).[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum referred to in paragraph 2 on or before 1 December 2023.
