JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent has failed to consult with employee representatives contrary to sections 188 and 188A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. The claim for a protective award therefore succeeds. 10.2 Judgment - rule Case Numbers: 1804624/2025 1804625/2025 1805938/2025 1805939/2025[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay remuneration to each of the Claimants for a protected period of 90 days beginning on the 17th of June 2025.[3]The Employment Protection (Recoupment of Benefits) Regulations 1996 apply.[4]Claimant 1’s claim for breach of contract and unpaid holiday pay is dismissed on withdrawal.
