JUDGMENT

[1]The complaints of age discrimination, race discrimination, religious discrimination, victimisation and less favourable treatment of a fixed-term employee are dismissed in their entirety on withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]His only remaining complaint is for breach of contract, in respect of the failure to pay him notice pay. That complaint will proceed in accordance with case management orders made today. JUDGMENT having been sent to the parties on 26 January 2023 and written reasons having been requested in accordance with Rule 62(3) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013, the following reasons are provided:

REASONS

[1]The Claimant withdrew the claims at the preliminary hearing. He did not express any wish to bring such further claims. I did not believe that issuing a judgment would be contrary to the interests of justice, so I issued a judgment in accordance with Tribunal Rule 52.
