JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent breached the terms of the claimant’s contract of employment by failing to pay him one week’s notice pay and car allowance at £200 for 11 months from October 2018 to August 2019 inclusive.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant damages in respect of the breaches in the sum of £403.85 for notice pay and £2,200 for car allowance.[3]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the salary of the claimant for the month of August 2019 and shall pay to him £1,750 in regard to that deduction.[4]If the claimant wishes to pursue his claim in respect of pension losses, he must file and serve evidence that he has sustained a loss with quantification of the amount by 14 February 2020.
