JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the respondent is amended to A Catlow Civil Engineering Ltd.[2]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1959.49 being the gross amount of the unauthorised deduction.[4]The claimant shall give credit against the award in paragraph 2 for the wages paid by the respondent in the sum of £329.32 (which was paid by the respondent to HMRC pursuant to the PAYE system).[5]The respondent shall in addition compensate the claimant in the sum of £400 being the interest payable upon a loan taken out by the claimant on 28 June 2023 by reason of the unauthorised deduction. Case Number: 1804578/2023[6]The respondent shall accordingly pay to the claimant the sum of £2030.17 on or before 28 March 2024.
