[1]The claimant’s complaint of entitlement to a redundancy payment succeeds and the respondent shall pay to her the gross sum of £1832.85.[2]The claimant’s complaint concerning unlawful deductions in April’s pay succeeds and the respondent shall pay to her the gross sum of £1765.[3]The claimant’s complaint of unpaid holiday pay on the termination of employment succeeds and the respondent shall pay to her the gross sum of £395.90.[4]The total gross sum payable by the respondent as a result of this judgment is £3993.40.[5]It is for the claimant on receipt of this gross sum to account to HMRC for any tax or national insurance due, if any. The dispute concerning the claimant’s entitlement to £1765 in respect of both notice pay and May’s pay (and any appropriate sum to be deducted on account of sums already paid/capital) shall be resolved at a future hearing unless otherwise addressed by agreement between the parties.
