[1]The Claimant failed to attend a Preliminary Hearing on 7 October 2019 and failed to explain why.[2]The Tribunal ordered the Claimant to provide a written explanation of the reason for her failure to attend and warned that if she failed to do so by the 21 October 2019 the Tribunal would consider striking out her claim on the ground that it had not been actively pursued.[3]The Claimant has failed to provide any explanation for her non-attendance at the Preliminary Hearing or to contact the Tribunal. The claim is therefore struck out because it has not been actively pursued, under Rule 37 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure.
