JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent dismissed the Claimant in breach of her contract of employment by failing to pay her the correct payment in lieu of notice on the termination of her employment.[2]The Respondent had by the date of the hearing paid the Claimant the correct amount due (£1403.92) and so no award is made for damages.[3]The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant the amount due to her under the Working Time Regulations 1998 on the termination of her employment.[4]The Respondent had by the date of the hearing paid the Claimant the correct amount due (£1530.01) and so no award is made to the Claimant for unpaid holiday pay.[5]The Claimant’s claim in respect of her belongings is dismissed because the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it.
