JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from pay contrary to Part II Employment Rights Act 1996 in respect of the period 1 June to 10 July 2021 with regards to monies deducted for damage to a vehicle is not wellfounded and is dismissed.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from pay contrary to Part II Employment Rights Act 1996 in respect of the period 1 June to 10 July 2021 with regards to monies deducted for failure to work out notice period is well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £805 that was deducted from his pay (£2305 gross pay owed minus £1500 lawfully deducted for vehicle damage).
