JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaints of unlawful deduction from wages is dismissed in so far as the alleged deduction was before 24 August 2019 pursuant to Section 23 (4A) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The claimant’s complaint that she has suffered an unlawful deduction of wages (rolled up holiday pay in each month of her employment from September 2019 to 3 May 2021) succeeds and the respondent shall pay to her the sum of £6001.[3]Her complaints about other unlawful deductions from her final salary payment are dismissed as not pursued or otherwise not proven.
