Miss L Bradley v WM Morrison Supermarkets Ltd: 1804253/2021
JUDGMENT
[1]The parties were given notice on 25 May 2023 that the Claim stood dismissed because the Claimant had not complied with an unless order made by Employment Judge Wedderspoon on 19 May 2023.[2]This Hearing was convened to consider the Claimant’s application to set aside the unless order pursuant to rule 39(2) of The Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024.[3]The Claimant did not attend the Hearing and was not represented. She did not inform the Tribunal that she would not be attending the Hearing and no explanation was given for her non-attendance.[4]After such enquiries as were practicable about the reasons for her absence, the Claimant’s application to set aside the unless order was dismissed.[5]It remains the case therefore that the Claim stands dismissed in its entirety.
