[1]The Claimant has suffered an unauthorised deduction from her wages in the sum of £1,915.84 net and the Respondent is Ordered to pay that sum. It is calculated as follows: 2 months, full pay at £721.28 and 1 to 20 August at £467.28[2]The Claimant has suffered a breach of her contractual right to notice and the respondent is Ordered to pay her the sum of £543.26 in damages. That is 6 weeks at £167.14 = £1002.85 Less Job Seekers Allowance = £ 459.49 = £ 543.36[3]The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £4935.65.
