[1]The claimant’s claim that she was unfairly dismissed is well founded and succeeds and the respondent must pay the claimant the total sum of £7175 This is comprised of Basic award £2704.80 Compensatory award £4470.20[2]The claimant was wrongfully dismissed in breach of contract. The respondent must pay the claimant the gross sum of £1545.60[3]The claimant’s claim that she was denied the right to be accompanied at a disciplinary hearing under sections 10 and 11 Employment Relations Act 1999 is unsuccessful and is dismissed.
