[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent for having made a protected disclosure to a prescribed person, namely the City of Wakefield Metropolitan District Council.[2]The respondent shall pay a compensatory award to the claimant in the sum of £1,658.88, being 8 weeks’ loss of wages.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £580.18, in respect of 69.4 hours of untaken leave which was outstanding at the date of the termination of her employment.[4]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £869.44, being 4 weeks pay, for the failure to provide her with written particulars of her employment.
