JUDGMENT
[1]The effective date of termination of the claimant’s employment was, at the latest, 4 February 2019.[2]It follows that the claim which was presented on 30 July 2019 (containing complaints of unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and unauthorised deduction from wages) was presented out of time (because the last date to present it in time was 3 May 2019).[3]I find that it would have been reasonably practicable for the claimant to present the claim in time and accordingly it is not appropriate to extend time.[4]In those circumstances the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the merits of this claim which must therefore be dismissed.
