Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The claim was issued in the Leeds Employment Tribunals on 02 July 2023. The Respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and has failed to pay the claimant for holiday accrued but not taken when her employment ended. The Respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross amount of £4216.47.[2]The Claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax and National Insurance.[3]The hearing listed on 11 September 2023 is cancelled.
