JUDGMENT

Upon the Respondent conceding that he wrongfully dismissed the Claimant, the Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:[1]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £120 by way of damages for wrongful dismissal. Payment shall be made to her on or before 5 January 2018.[2]Should payment not be made by the Respondent to the Claimant as ordered then the Respondent shall be debarred from defending the remainder of the Claimant’s claims which are set out in today’s case management order.
