JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal was not presented to the Tribunal before the end of the period of three months beginning with the effective date of termination and the claimant has not satisfied the Tribunal that it was not reasonably practicable to present the claim in time or that it was presented in such further period as the Tribunal considered reasonable.[2]The claimant’s complaint of disability discrimination was not presented within three months of the date of the act complained of but it is just and equitable to extend time to the date the complaint was presented. _Date 19 September 2019
