JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant has insufficient qualifying service to bring a complaint of unfair dismissal[2]The claimant is and was a disabled person at the material time (November 2017 to 12 March 2019).[3]The claimant has withdrawn the complaints of breach of contract, unlawful deductions of wages, breach of working time regulations, trade union detriment and health and safety dismissal. Those complaints are accordingly dismissed.[4]The remaining complaints as identified at the preliminary hearing on 10-11 February 2020 will proceed to a hearing.
