JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £479.58.[2]This comprises:1.1 a redundancy payment of £260 for two full years of employment during which the claimant was between 22 and 40 years old, at a rate of £130 per week;1.2 damages for breach of contract for the balance of notice pay owed, the notice pay owed of £133;1.3 holiday pay due on termination of employment in the sum of £86.58.[3]The Employment Tribunal has no jurisdiction in respect of the claim for arrears of pay which is out of time and is therefore dismissed.
