JUDGMENT
[1]By consent, the claim for damages for breach of contract by failure to repay a security deposit succeeds and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £500 in damages.[2]By consent, the claim for accrued holiday pay due on termination of employment succeeds and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £515 (subject to deduction of income tax and National Insurance contributions) in relation to that entitlement.[3]The claim of unfair dismissal succeeds.[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant a basic award in the agreed sum of £2,324.90.[5]The compensatory award shall be decided at a further Hearing in Sheffield on 21 August 2018.
