JUDGMENT
Settlement having been agreed between the parties in accordance with the terms set out in the Schedule hereto, by consent it is ordered that:[1]The claim for breach of contract (three days unpaid holiday pay) succeeds.[2]The respondent will pay the claimant the sum of £250 gross.[3]The remaining claims of breach of contract (unpaid pension contributions) and breach of contract (expenses) are withdrawn subject to compliance with the terms of the agreement on or before 2 October 2019. If neither party writes to the Tribunal by 4 October 2019, the claims will be dismissed upon withdrawal on that date. ————————————————
