[1]The Claimant failed to attend the preliminary hearing for Case Management held on 27 April 2018.[2]The Claimant failed to offer any explanation in advance or subsequent to that hearing.[3]The Claimant is in breach of the Order made on 27 April 2018 (to provide an explanation with evidence no later than 9 May 2018).[4]The Claimant is not actively pursuing her claim and so is behaving unreasonably which in each case justifies a strike out.[5]The hearing listed for 20 July 2018 is vacated.
