JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint that he was unfairly dismissed contrary to the Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]It cannot be said that the claimant’s claims brought under the Equality Act 2010 and the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994 have no reasonable prospect of success.
