[1]The claims of sex discrimination and marriage discrimination and the claim for notice pay are dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant. [1]On 5 November 2020 Employment Judge Wade made an order that the claimant would have to pay a deposit of £100 within 28 days of the order as a condition of being permitted to pursue his complaint that he was unfairly dismissed for having made a protected disclosure.[2]The claimant has not paid the deposit.[3]The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.[4]The claimant’s other complaints are not affected by this judgment.
