JUDGMENT

[1]The claims of sex discrimination and marriage discrimination and the claim for notice pay are dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant. His remaining claims continue in accordance with case management orders made today. JUDGMENT[2]The complaint that the claimant was unfairly dismissed is struck out.

REASONS

[1]On 5 November 2020 Employment Judge Wade made an order that the claimant would have to pay a deposit of £100 within 28 days of the order as a condition of being permitted to pursue his complaint that he was unfairly dismissed for having made a protected disclosure.[2]The claimant has not paid the deposit.[3]The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.[4]The claimant’s other complaints are not affected by this judgment.
