[1]The correct name of the respondent is Mr Paul Blakeston t/a Cubitts Construction Company.[2]The claimant was dismissed by the respondent by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment of £5,771.88.[3]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of holiday entitlement accrued as at the termination of employment and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £240.46.[4]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £1,577.45.[5]The claimant was unfairly dismissed but there is no basic or compensatory award.
