Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The title of the Respondent is amended from Tahini Lounge to Tahini Lounge Limited[2]The claim was issued in the Leeds Employment Tribunals on 20th July 2021. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[3]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £1,147.50 gross.[4]The respondent must pay the claimant £1,147.50 in total.[5]The hearing listed on 22 September 2021 is cancelled.
