[1]The Tribunal wrote to the Claimant on 27 July 2020 asking him to provide further information about his claim by email. He did not respond. The Tribunal wrote to the Claimant again on 2 September 2020 asking him to confirm whether the sums he was claiming had, as the Respondent alleged, been paid or were not in fact due, and what sums he was still claiming and why. He did not respond.[2]The Tribunal wrote to the Claimant again on 16 September 2020 warning him that the Tribunal was considering striking out his claim and giving him an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why his claim should not be struck out because it was not being actively pursued.[3]The Claimant has not responded to that strike out warning. The claim is therefore struck out.
