The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The Respondents applied for the claim to be struck out in a letter dated 31 March 2022. They said that the Claimant had not complied with Tribunal orders and had not responded to any of their communications since 28 February 2022.[2]By a letter dated 5 April 2022 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to comment on that application and explain why the claim should not be struck out.The Claimant did not respond. The Tribunal sent a reminder on 22 April 2022 and the Claimant did not respond to that either.[3]Neither the Respondents nor the Tribunal have had any contact from the Claimant for over three months. The claim is due to be heard on 11 July 2022.[4]It appears that the Claimant has failed to comply with Tribunal Orders dated 14 December 2021 and has not actively pursued his claim.[5]It is proportionate to strike out his claim for the reasons given in the Respondents’ application.
