Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,531.39 being the gross amount due.[2]The respondent failed to comply with the obligation to give to the claimant a statement of employment particulars as required by Part 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. Pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 the respondent shall pay to the claimant an amount two weeks’ wages in the total sum of £1033.84.[3]The sum of £2,547.23 shall be paid to the claimant on or before 31 August 2020.
