JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaints relating to holiday pay and a failure to provide written reasons for dismissal are dismissed on withdrawal.

[2]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed.

[3]The claimant’s complaint of a contravention of Section 18 of the Equality Act 2010 succeeds.

[4]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the total sum of £8026 comprising £6000 of compensation for injury to feelings, £1500 uplift for an unreasonable failure to comply with the ACAS code and £526 in interest.
