JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1211.91 being the amount of the unauthorised deduction.[3]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract of employment by not reimbursing her fuel expenses incurred by her in the sum of £50.00. The claimant is awarded damages for breach of contract in that sum.[4]The total amount payable by the respondent to the claimant is in the sum of £1261.91. That sum shall be paid to her on or before 20 April 2021.
