JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to him the gross sum of £1,360.64. No additional claim for damages for breach of contract arises in these circumstances.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £396 in respect of accrued but untaken holiday entitlement as at the termination of his employment.[3]The Claimant was dismissed by the Respondent by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £495.[4]The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed upon the Claimant’s withdrawal of it, in circumstances where no compensatory award achievable is likely to be recovered by him.[5]The Respondent’s employer’s claim is unfounded and is hereby dismissed.
