JUDGMENT

[1]As conceded by the Respondent, the Claimant did a protected act as defined in section 27(2)(d) of the Equality Act 2010 (the “EA”).[2]The Claimant was not subjected to detriments because he did such protected act. Consequently, his claim pursuant to section 27 of the EA fails and is dismissed.
