The claim of the Fourth Claimant is dismissed as it was not presented before the end of the period of three months beginning with the effective date of termination or within such further period as the Tribunal considered reasonable in a case where it was satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the complaint to be presented before the end of that period of three months. The complaints of the Second and Third Claimant for libel are dismissed on withdrawal. The complaints of the Second and Third Claimant for non-payment of holiday pay are dismissed by consent.
