JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £7,155.04 in respect of those deductions.[3]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant compensation of £4,185.60 for that unfair dismissal.[5]For the purposes of the Employment Protection (Recoupment of Benefits) Regulations 1996:a. the monetary award is £4,185.60b. the amount of the prescribed element is £4,046.08c. the dates of the period to which the prescribed element is attributable are 6 April 2021 to 25 October 2021.d. the monetary award exceeds the prescribed element by £139.52
