The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]On 16 December the Claimant’s representative asked for outstanding annual leave to be paid to the Claimant and for the matter to be closed. The Tribunal received confirmation from the Respondent that a payment was made, but the claims have not been formally withdrawn. By a letter dated 25 January 2022 the Tribunal therefore gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because they are not being actively pursued.[2]The Claimant has not replied or requested a hearing. The claims are therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 16 – 18 March 2022 will not take place.
