[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s salary due for May 2022, and is ordered to pay him the gross sum of £477.10[2]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s salary due for June 2022, and is ordered to pay him the gross sum of £6,750.00[3]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s salary due for July 2022, and is ordered to pay him the gross sum of £3266.13[4]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s salary in respect of accrued holiday not taken as at the date of termination, and is ordered to pay him the gross sum of £921.05[5]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages in respect of incidental expenses contractually due to be reimbursed to him and unpaid at the date of termination in the sum of £80.00[6]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages in respect of mileage expenses contractually due to be reimbursed to him and unpaid at the date of termination in the sum of £66.28[7]The Claimant was wrongfully dismissed without notice in breach of contract and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages in the gross sum of £1,529.19.
