JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal upon the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is that:[1]The claimant was dismissed by the respondent on 16 May 2019 (which was the effective date of termination).[2]The claimant commenced employment with the respondent on 17 July 2017.[3]It follows that the claimant did not have two years’ service with the respondent at the effective date of termination.[4]Accordingly, the Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal.
