[1]Insofar as there was a complaint of direct disability discrimination within this claim that complaint is dismissed upon the claimant confirming that she does not pursue such a complaint any further.[2]For the avoidance of doubt the claim now proceeds on the basis that the relevant complaints are discrimination arising from disability; failure to make reasonable adjustments; harassment related to disability and public interest disclosure detriment.
