The claims are struck out.REASONS
[1]Both these claims are of unfair dismissal. In order to be entitled to complain of unfair dismissal, a Claimant must have completed at least two years’ service with the Respondent. The Claimant had not worked for the Respondent for two years by the date of her dismissal.[2]By an Order dated 20 August 2020 the Tribunal gave the Claimant until 27 August 2020 to give reasons, or to request a Hearing at which she could give them, as to why her claims should not be struck out because she did not have two years’ service. The Claimant did not respond to that Order.[3]The claims are therefore struck out.
